Delivery Options and Charges

Next Working Day Delivery
  • Orders Over £20 (Including VAT): Complimentary next working day delivery.
  • Orders Under £20 (Including VAT): £4.20 (including VAT) delivery charge applies.
  • Conditions:

1. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

2. Applies to in-stock items only.

3. Deliveries are made via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

4. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.

5. No deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

Next Working Day Before 12:00 PM Delivery
  • Charge: £15.00 (including VAT).
  • Conditions:

1. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

2. Applies to in-stock items only.

3. Deliveries are made via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

4. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday before 12:00 PM.

5. No deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

General Delivery Terms
  • Dispatch Times: We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns Policy

Return Period

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Unwanted Items
  • Return Shipping Costs: If you wish to return an unwanted item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We can provide a return label at a cost of £4.20 (including VAT), which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 01603 486448 or info@www.titanmedicalsupplies.co.uk. We will arrange for the return of the item at no additional cost to you and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Process
  • Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping: Use the provided return label or arrange your own shipping. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 working days.
Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they are personalized/customized. Please contact us for clarification if you are unsure about the eligibility of your item for return.
